We are 1-1 this year, with one shutout on side and blowout 6-1 against us. Samifan Posted February 27, 2021 Share Posted February 27, 2021 Meanwhile, the bad news is that center Jack Eicheland goaltender Linus Ullmark aren’t expected to be available for either game, relays Jourdan LaBarber on the Sabres’ team website. Eichel was a late scratch on Thursday after experiencing some discomfort during the pregame warmup and is listed as day-to-day. As for Ullmark, he left after the first period yesterday with Krueger indicating that they’re hopeful he will only be day-to-day after their weekend games. Philly is taking too many perimeter shots and there are way too many 'one and dones' when they do manage to get in closer. That's not gonna get it done. Especially when you got a team playing Carter Freakin Hutton in net, and the Sabres are routinely outshot by opponents. Flyers need to take advantage of those big things in their favor. They played well defensively, but I would still like to see 60 minutes from their defense, and a little more from them 5 on 5. Man, is it nice to have Moose as our backup. They played well against a team that looks completely lost and seems to want to get its coach fired. A shutout win is a shutout win! He might be the best back up in the league and accels at this.
