Another observation, the MSG feed announcers were intelligent and not homers. I wish the Comcast crew had the same candor. Hart looked "small" in the SO and didn't challenge enough. That is one outsider's opinion. As for our shooters...well, our PP and SO may say a lot about the nature of our squad. We don't have a Panarin. Panarin and Kakko both have so much confidence in that part of their games. Kakko's shot in particular was wicked. I'm not going to break Hart's balls because those two dudes scored on him in a shootout. I don't think an honest assessment of that event finds fault with our goalie. I think it finds confidence and skill on Panarin and Kakko's part. Those guys get paid too. That shootout did highlight the Flyers lack of a stone cold killer though. Really haven't had one of those since Briere retired. Overall I can't get too worked up about that loss. The Flyers didn't play poorly, but the things that have been their problems this season continued to be their problems. It would be nice to see some shots get on net. The Rangers blocked a lot of shots last night, I would think that the boys would want to find different lanes to shoot in. It can't all be remarkable hand eye coordination. You have to give Farabee a chance to find his swagger and what better chance than the shootout i mean i know he is still young but i think he is the best pure shooter on this team. Some will not agree with me but i go off of a lot of his juniors highlights and stuff from college kid can light the lamp.
