Greetings:

We are going into this matchup as a "homedog," with the Bruins at -135:

These are two hot clubs.  It is a benchmark to see  how we've improved from our first two against them.

Our defense is back to normal capacity.  Only missing Couturier now.   This is a good test for them and I'm sure they will come out flying.

Fletcher is not happy with level of forward support on D. He isn't pleased with transition but had good things to say about our 4th line, which deserves it. CF says the team finds a way to win.

I was thinking about our first round picks over the last decade and wondering if they are jinxed? The news on Frost is sad. Apparently,  Rubstov is a bust in the KHL. Sam? PTL for Provo, Scott, and hopefully, Farabee.

It is looking that way i think.

However he may never be a high end forward maybe a bottom 6 type like Scott Laughton maybe.

But to think they could've had Brett Howden or Tage Thompson.

Then follow it up the next round with Laberge and could've had Alex Debrincat or Sam Girard will always leave a sore spot.

But hey at least they got the next pick right with Carter Hart.

Apparently it is Rask vs. Hart.

By the way, it's interesting that Taryn Hatcher gives in-game odds during the first intermission.  I suspect the volume of online wagering is going nuts during the pandemic.  Comcast offers bandwidth, so they aren't detached outsiders.

nevermind. i got the stream and then instantly regretted it.

I figured i would to....man after suffering through this past season from the Eagles i figure Flyers could help ease some of the frustrations....Flyers to the Eagles...."Hold my beer...."

Hart needed to make that stop though. He just hasn't found his groove this year.

I hope he can work his way back into the guy we have seen play so well.

I am not really liking that jersey....i'm trying...but having a lot of trouble.

Interesting. I actually like it, though I have to remind myself that I'm not watching the Panthers.

we have a lot of issues making 2 consecutive passes.

I just realize with the replay that the puck went in off of Provorov's stick.

Ivan now has as many goals into his own team's net this year as he has put into the opposition's basket.

SMFH can't catch a break.

Flyers playing WAY too timid out there.
I realize the Bruins as a team probably outsizes them, but that doesn't mean they can't play with some aggression.

I mean, I have observed Flyer players actually AVOIDING contact...even if it means giving up the puck.
Eso no es muy good.....

With the exception of NAK you are right a bunch of softies.

NAK has been bringing the wood but he can't do it alone.

I left that out of my post, but yea, Kubel seems to be the only one with any real physical pushback.

Please prescribe more of this...

Not sure why they are indifferent to getting their noses dirty...

Flyer PP.

Despite being mostly outplayed and definitely out-muscled, Philly finds themselves with a real nice chance to tie things up and frustrate the Bruins, believe it or not.

Imagine being Boston, doing all you've done here, and still being up only 1-0 past the halfway point in this game.
Now it's on the Flyers to do damage with this man advantage.

Let's see what they got.
