Greetings:

The Flyers are significant favorites, despite playing a poor first period on Tuesday:

It looks like Hart versus Blackwood between the pipes; we hope Hart has gotten his last start out of the system.

So sounds like someone won't be in the lineup not sure who?? Braun maybe??

Prosser is a right hand shot....and not very fast slightly faster than old Nick GrossmanN.

Hasn't played an NHL game since 2018-19. So guess don't expect much.

So my thinking is Friedman or Braun won't play haven't seen anything yet.

Ok i found this so reading between the lines it may be Friedman sitting tonight.

"Mark has been OK but my expectations are higher of his play," Vigneault said. "I need to see a little bit more urgency from him in his game. He's a young man that, even though he's not overly big, should be able to skate, should be able to help us on breakouts. I've seen some of that but I haven't seen enough consistency in that. My recollection of him is he played with a little bit more bite than he's showing right now. I believe he has that in him and it's up to me and him to get the best that we can out of him so he can help our team."

I have no problem with sitting someone so they can watch and work on their game.

What i do have a problem with is it only being a kid with only 10 games in his NHL career.

WTF about your vets like Braun and Hagg looking terrible out there at times and still getting to play.

That is my beef why can't a kid play through his issues....why do we expect a kid with no experience to be perfect and they vets sh it the bed and cost the team.

My only gripe...

Yeah it is what i figured after reading posting AV's comments.

Just they are going to be a even slower group...Braun, Hagg and Prosser might as well have three orange cones out on the ice....can't hit what you can't catch...

...kid has 10 NHL games under his belt and they won't let him learn on the job. Yet the vets get to make brain fart after brain fart is my problem....he can't work on his game in the sky box.

Oh well what can you do. Devils will enjoy cycling the puck vs the sloths.

Because many of us know how slow Prosser is or was.

Tyler Wotherspoon would have been a better option in my mind.

And it isn't because it is one game it's because they already have speed issue as it is.

i hope Hart is rested and stretched out and ready for a firing squad.

Fixed it for you.

Per Jordan Hall...

Friedman and Robert Hagg will be healthy scratches tonight as Prosser and Gustafsson enter the lineup.

As time goes on, things change.

It's not about trying to correct people, but about helping all here with the latest info we find. It's a team here. Thx.

And, you are a little out of control tonight. This is not like you. Didn't know you were a NJD fan. You feelin okay?   animated smileys sick    Do you need the nurse to come in?   animated smileys sick

Prosser was the No. 6/7 defenseman for most of 10 seasons in Minnesota, where he was revered as the consmate team player and all-around great guy.

Well having the worst defenseman on the roster as your partner first game isn't helping him.

And he scores as i am typing.
