Lionel Hutz Posted April 23, 2015 Share Posted April 23, 2015 There is no way of fixing this miess Shero's years upon years have not caring or even trying to find anything at the draft while just scouting out club level teams in BlowMeWhyDontYou, Minnesota, While totally ignoring the 3 leagues in the CHL and ignoring all of Europe, Screw finding NHL talent lets go over board with long shot college bound guys from Merica and more Defenseman then the frigging Nashville Predators ,Giving up dumb contracts to Suds, Dupuis, and Kunitz without using common scene and foreseeing they'd decline and be unmovable dead weight, Trying to be a whinny preachy activist and change the game after that gong show on Long Island allowing anyone with an ounce of physical play to leave and pick up cream puffs like Mike Comrie,Matt D'Agostino, Chuck Kobasew, Richard Park, Jason Williams, and holding on to frigging Craig Adams for what turned out to be 6 years after being a deadline waiver wire pick in 09. It's gonna get a hell of a lot worse before even a dim light is at the end of a tunnel, Nothing in free agency is of any help, The is isnt going in higher making trades a damn near impossibility, Buyout option will sap more cap for an extra 4-5 years depending on who you use it on, Their the 2nd oldest team in the league and a dysfunctional disorganized jumbled up mess of a botched franchise that should have been a damn dynasty if Bylsma and Shero had a clue what they were doing. Not to mention this is the only leauge in professional sports that wants it's revolving door players to succeed and it's top level talent, eh screw em, People pay to see grit, chip and chase, clutch and grab jabornies and there whopping 8 minutes on the ice, Not the highly skilled scorers, Welcome to the new old NHL.
