jkgproductions
Back in 98, if you were Bob Clarke, would you have signed Mike RIchter or Curtis Joseph or John Vanbiesbrouck?

OccamsRazor
Back in 98, if you were Bob Clarke, would you have signed Mike RIchter or Curtis Joseph or John Vanbiesbrouck?Neither just resign Sean Burke, hell they traded Snow for him......would have been better and he wouldn't have been just rental who knows... aziz
@jkgproductionshonestly, vanbiesbrouck. cujo was a crazy person who was on-again/off-again on a game by game basis, and Richter's knees were a mess by that point. vanbiesbrouck put up some of the best numbers of his career in florida, was the most stable of the bunch. hf101
@jkgproductionsWelcome.I added a poll for this topic. If I had the choice I'd sign Vanbiesbrock.
flyercanuck
Beezer was Clarkes guy in Florida and carried the team to the finals. Cujo never did that with any team, as good as he was. I also think Cujo played better when he got lots of shots.. It worked well for him in Toronto when he'd get 40 a game plenty of times. He'd have averaged half that in Philly. People call Clarke an idiot for not signing Cujo, but I understood his reasoning and his loyalty.
