AlaskaFlyerFan
@jammer2,Not Mike Palmateer. I couldn't find a color photo for this mask...Sorry.
JackStraw
Well, schiznit! How did I miis it? Actually, it is a different mask for one of the previously posted goalies. I'm going to change my submission to this:Looks like Doug Favell from his days with the Leafs.

Vanflyer
Probably wrong, but it looks an awful lot like Mike Palmateer of the Leafs, but the black and white image may be misleading.I have found the identical mask model, just not the same paint job. Is it Jim Rutherford??

Podein25
I did quite a bit of searching and was unable to find it. It's a Maple Leaf right? So just guessing: is it "Bunny Larocque? (traded to the Flyers for Rick St.Croix in Jan. 1983)

JackStraw
No.No? That was going to be my next guess too. Hmm...
JackStraw
Ok, extensive googling suggests that that mask belongs to someone named Pierre Hamel. Who I never heard of until just now.http://bvintagegoaliemaskdiscussionpage.runboard.com/t14556,offset=
jammer2
@JackStraw I thought this mask worn my Dunc was pretty close....guess not. http://www.goaliesarchive.com/leafs/wilson.html
JackStraw
@JackStraw I thought this mask worn my Dunc was pretty close....guess not.http://www.goaliesar...afs/wilson.htmlI thought it was Wilson too. I had to search through the Leafs goalie history (not a pleasant task) to find Lucky Pierre. Kind of weird that Favell, Wilson, and Hamel all wore the same mask for the Leafs. jammer2
@JackStraw Must have been a popular model or something huh? Back then, it was more of a cookie cutter popularity contest, having a similar style made you fashionable. Now it's so individualized, with shape/artistry all being specific to the owner....geez, a lot has changed over the years huh?
Vanflyer
Hint: His nickname was "Lucky".The mask has to be from the 70's, so I guess we can just go through all the goalies from the Maple Leafs from the 70's: Marv Edwards (was actually going to be my first guess before Jim Rutherford). Same paint scheme that Favell had with the Flyers except in blue.
