Bowling Green (Ohio) 6. Lake Superior (Mich.) State 7. Augustana (S.D.) 8. Ferris (Mich.) State 9. Northern Michigan BSU was McNaughton Cup regular season winner in 2024 Michigan Tech was Mason Cup CCHA Tournament winner and autobid to Sweet 16 Augustana joins league, will play abbreviated schedule but can qualify for CCHA playoffs St. Thomas is still set to join NCHC in 2026. Tommies went D1 in 2021 St Thomas has moved up the ladder rather quickly.
