yave1964 Posted July 15 Share Posted July 15 Kuznetsov is leaving the NHL. Probably for good . He and Carolina have mutually parted ways, he is signing a 4 year deal with SKA st. Petersburg in the KHL. Caroline Na is relieved of the cap hit because it is a mutual agreement to part ways. If he wins it, then he will be a Triple Gold Club member. He won already 2 gold medals at World Championships and 1 Stanley Cup. Interesting that he has also 3 bronze medals at the World Championships. Or maybe he would like to win a Gagarin Cup too, when he will play for a strong enough team SKA St.Petersburg ? He has already a long NHL career in his 32 y.o. age (he played 12 seasons for Washington Capitals plus 20 games during the regular season and 10 playoffs games for Carolina Hurricanes team).
