Personified hard work, good attitude, and left it on the ice....but his announce work needs serious fine tuning. But at least he's better than Walz.
TropicalFruitGirl26
There goes Vasy's shut out. And the irony? Former Bolt Zach Bogosian with the score. Oh, and yea, Bogo knows ALL ABOUT using screens and going over the shoulder of Vasilevskiy....he should. Played both against and with the guy. See that, Petan?

TropicalFruitGirl26
John Hynes calls timeout on an icing by the Lightning? Bolts catch a break....those boys are gassed. Hynes just gave them a breather..
ClusterChuck
Stupid call to take a timeout. Lost any advantage.

TropicalFruitGirl26
Brandon Hagel hasn't score in something like 14 or 15 games....and Hartman goes and gives him the puck on a platter at the Wild blue line, no goalie, and Hagel is off the schnide. Bolts will skate away with the win. I am happy for them, but, would have rather TB put it to WPG the other night. You boys will have me back as a full fledged Wild fan against Columbus next game.

Alexandron
Too little too late for us. Sadly, but the level of teams were different tonight and the loss was expected. We are missing 4 crucial players to be more competitive.

IllaZilla
11 hours ago, TropicalFruitGirl26 said: I know Petan is still new to the league, but those single low shots against Vasilevskiy when he can clearly see the puck just aren't gonna work. Most teams that have success against TB's netminder either move the puck quickly side to side before shooting, or if they are one to one with him, go high over one of his shoulders. One n done straight low shots with no traffic does nothing. You will learn this, Petan. This is why Petan never sticks for more than a handful of NHL games per year in his career. He can score in the AHL, but not the NHL.

At least in Iowa they don’t need to feel like the savior. Bring them up when they are ready, not when the parent club needs to put out a fire because the GM made stupid decisions to extend aging players…
