Yandle is perfect. Along with JVR and Hayes he is helping them move up the draft board, and for way less money than the other 2. Keep up the really bad work. BITFU.

Rich people born into it don't feel anything. People who have earned and worked hard for it have a sense of community. Comcast and Dave Scott are the non feelers. The rest of the Flyer management group have just suffered too many head injuries.

I would love to see Sanheim and Provorov go postal on someone for several reasons. It would be entertaining, it would show they are frustrated and they care, it would help create an extra nanosecond of time for them with the puck (see Pronger). Right now, opponents forcheck the Flyers with impunity, nobody ever pays the price for jamming the net, and Hart gets pushed around his crease every night. A little nasty goes a long way, especially come playoff time, where anything can happen, ha ha. The Boston game the other night Bergeron planted himself in the crease and Sanheim's reaction was to whine to the referee. His reaction should have been to put Bergeron on his face. I think these 2 players are the best examples of how poorly the Flyers have developed young talent. BITFU.

Speculating what this management group will do is like..... Well, there is no metaphor for it, its never been done, a constant struggle to be mediocre. I think all of the upper management staff received their Christmas bonuses. They are right where they strive to be. Mediocre.

I got a little excited when I saw the lineup last night, I thought Chuckie actually did something decent moving forward. There is nobody in this organization who will be part of a Cup win in Philly. Everybody from Scott, Clarke, Homer, all the way down to Gritty, they can all go, scouts, trainers, stick boys, BITFU, the only ones I keep are Provorov and Hart, and I would trade them out of pity and respect to them.

Wanna know how good he is? Trade him out of Dysfunction Junction. I still think he can be a legit #1, but never in the current Flyer atmosphere. They have not provided him with a supporting cast that every great player needs. The constant drive for mediocrity has affected him like all the others.

I only saw the low lites of this toilet bowl game. The franchise should be ashamed of themselves for the abuse Carter Hart was forced to endure, yet again. DISGUSTING, soft, heartless dysfunctional hockey team. No end in sight.

Hart, Farabee, Provorov. Thats it. The rest are up for grabs. Including all the scouts and hockey ops personnel. Anything can happen. Sooner the better.

The management of this team has been in a cloud for some time. If running a country club and an old boys club is the goal, then say so and move on. If they truly believe they are a Yandle away where anything can happen, they should all be institutionalized. If the goal is a Stanley Cup, which we all on this board desire, then they need someone with asset management skills to be hired to run hockey ops. Giroux's value to the Flyers is a trade chip, as part of a full BITFU rebuild. The Couturier contract, the Yandle signing, the Ellis trade are all obvious signs that pro scouting and talent evaluation is severely broken. The current situation is unfixable, if trading Hart gets the right return, then you should consider it. I don't think he can still be here when the rebuild is ready to be a legitimate contender. But, as we all know, the dysfunction in Flyer Junction will just continue along in the fog. And thanks for the out, but I'm all in.

Yup, this is silly. Capt Quitsalot made $101,000 in Newark tonight, but its all the coaches fault. The very fact that he is still here and hasn't asked out says it all. He is content to cash his cheques and so be it. Now if his wife or children are in treatment for something chronic and their best hope is here in Philly then I will ashamedly retract everything I've said. But if all is well, a competitive athlete would have asked to be moved out of this dysfunction in Flyer junction long ago.

The game is played on the ice, not behind the bench. This current ugliness is 90% on the players. They are lazy and uninterested. The other 10% is on Fletcher and management for not holding them accountable for their disgusting behavior. Giroux should have been moved two years ago, he has allowed this team to quit on each other multiple times, and anyone who knows hockey knows it.

I have changed my opinion on Flyer management. I think they are geniuses. Continually mismanaging assets, being the laziest team in a 32 team league, going out of your way every day to galvanize the loyal fan base against them, changing coaches every other year yet never holding the players accountable, and still the suits at comcast sign the cheques and deliver the money every week. It's a brilliant business model. Never get better, never give a s***, get paid . I'm in. I have sent my job application.
