    The other game is going to start at the same time (9:00 PM) is Predators vs Sharks. Probably result is predictable. Predators are going to win this one.

    Late start game; late start thread. Playoffs spot contending game. And who will be better tonight? Will see at the end of the game.

    I just looked on our schedule for a week (Saturday till Saturday). And we are going to play against 3 teams pretending on a playoffs spot (Kraken, Blues, Predators) plus one game against the top team Hurricanes. Challenging week again.

    They placed 43 shots in our net vs our 18 shots. Wow.

    If Marc-Andre Fleury would like to go for a better team, then I would prefer to see Samsonov here. He is not a bad goalie at all. His stats are 13-4-6 in 25 games despite of his GAA 3.19. His contract practically is the same as Fleury has.

    Probably because Firstov would like to mature well in KHL instead of AHL like Kaprizov did.

    I am kind of skeptical about successful result tonight, because we are going to play against a high scoring machine. Just play well and score.

    One, good sized (6'3"; 231 lbs)defenseman Bogosian with upper body injury. I just listened John Haynes interview , no updates about his injury, but he has got a lot of pain from that injury.

    Another sad part, that we made during this game not bad 39 (almost 40 shots) vs their 29 shots, but produced only 3 goals instead of at least 5 goals which we must to make during the game for our both goalies. At least we were competitive tonight against an absolutely healthy team without practically any injuries during the season. How to build our team's mentality to produce 5 goals per game? It is a question so far.

    I think we done with that game. 1:5 now. Sad part that we lost 2 games in a row against Jets on Dec.30 and 31st. And now another one. We were not able to punish this team for all injures that we have got from them, including Bogosian tonight. Sad , Sad, Sad. Game is over in 8 minutes left.

    All I would like to ask from our team to avoid injuries and to compete well tonight. It will make my evening happy to celebrate my grandson's 10 y.o. birthday.

    Despite all game "nuances" that was the game of the year, which I had never seen in my life. 17 goals; 3 hat tricks from 2 teams. . Probably, it happens very rare - maybe once in a life time and we were the part of the NHL history.

    You see how disappointed was here a Calgary Flames fan because of our win. They are also pretending on a playoffs spot and needed our easy loss against the best league team.

    10 our players had points in that game ( 4 of them (EEK, Kaprizov; Boldy; Zuccarello) had multiple points). I am glad also about Lucchini- Lettieri- Hartman line (fast and beneficial). They all have got points. Interesting how Bedard will play tonight (who has 36 points so far for Chicago team). Our Faber has 33 points and Rossi 32 points respectively in that Calder Trophy run.
