Laughto , Lindblom, and Voracek all practiced today and are expected to play tomorrow. Only TK left on the COVID list. Hopefully, he comes back like Giroux did. Maybe this layoff will be a blessing in disguise.

Players, coaches, & staff are NOT going to to bars. That's an ignorant statement. They are not interacting with the fans, most of their team meetings are on Zoom, and the press conferences are virtual. They get put on the protocol list for GOING TO A TEAMMATES HOTEL ROOM, for f#$% sake! When the teams are on the road they are sequestered in their hotel rooms. When the team is at home they are at their home. There is no way to tell how someone got infected with this virus. They could've been infected by the asymptomatic bus driver whose asymptomatic wife picked it up at the grocery store because she needed toilet paper. It isn't like you can look at their shoes to see who tracked the mud into the house.

What the hell are you talking about. EVERY TEAM has to follow the same rules. It has nothing to do with the division they are playing in or which side of the border they're on. If someone breaks those rules they pay the price, i.e., the 4 Russians that play for the Caps that were put in COVID Protocol because they were hanging out together in a hotel room.

Probably not. I’ve read the other responses about DeAngelo. Why does everyone think he’s a cancer? What am I missing? I’d probably be a cancer if I had to play for the Rangers, too!! He was the Rangers best D-man last year, IMHO. He has a little bit of a mean streak that I think the Flyers don’t have enough of. And he can be had pretty cheap.

yesterday in chat you mentioned talking to the Rangers to see if they would take Braun for DeAngelo. I’d be OK with that except the money doesn’t work. DeAngelo has a $4.8mm cap hit. Rangers would need to retain some of that and Flyers would have to send back some money. Who would you suggest?

They’ve been outshot in 8 of 10 games. They are winning games when they aren’t playing their best. I’ll take it. Maybe this is an effect of not having any preseason games. We are in for a treat if they start playing with a little more consistency and getting more shots.
